“Come here on a regular basis, earlier this week had a lady serve us and she was absolutely complimentary! She was well at up selling products and had stunned me with sweetness after saying that my boyfriend and i were a lovely couple. Biggest highlight of my day so big thanks to her! First class was a delight along with the film!”

“worst movie experience I have ever had. the cinema was not even a quarter full and the ticketing host seated 2 couples right next to each other. the toilets did not have toilet paper. the toilets were clogged with tissues and excrement. and the hosts swept the popcorn under the seats at the end of the movie to “re-fresh” for the next screening. i will not be returning here until i hear back from head office. i sent a full detailed report. just waiting to hear back.”

“Wasn’t asked what seats I preferred when I bought the tickets over the counter. However I was allowed to change seats when I went back to request for better ones. Counter staff was emotionless throughout. I’m sure he’d make hell of a poker player.

In the theatre, carpets smelled mouldy. Acceptable sound system and screen overall, but does not justify 20 bucks per ticket. What a rip-off.

PATRONS BEWARE! They do not extend your 3 hr free parking like what most other decent malls would do. If you visit before 6pm, be prepared to fork out at least an extra 10 bucks for parking. Another rip-off courtesy of Events Cinema and/or Westfield Parramatta.
