“My appointment was confirmed via text message, but when I arrived there was no record of my appointment at all. They squeezed me in, but the stylist was very rude and told me my hair was too short to style it any of the ways I wanted (absolutely not true because I’ve done it myself). My hair wasn’t washed or blow dried, just sprayed with water, cut, slicked down and then curled a bit in the front. It looked awful and they did nothing about it when I complained. They charged me for a “wash, cut, blow dry” which is $80 PLUS a $35 “style”. I couldn’t believe It! It wasn’t worth anything close to $115! I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.
