Lauren has the unique position of understanding both sides of the partnership, having helped her husband run his small business for a number of years as well as over 12 years experience in public practice accounting firms advising businesses. A Chartered Accountant and a mum of 2, Lauren fully understands the challenges of running a business whilst managing a busy life and offers expertise in the areas of :

Lauren’s areas of expertise include:

Business Structuring
Working with clients to establish ways to monitor and grow their business including but not limited to budgets, cashflows and KPIs
Assisting clients to find efficiencies in their systems and processes, to streamline tasks to get them time back to spend in other areas of their business and life.

Preparation of financial statements and other compliance work including income tax, payroll tax and fringe benefits tax.
Lauren also has knowledge and experience in New Zealand tax and payroll systems having run a small business in New Zealand for 2 years. She is also familiar with residency issues, in particular between Australia and New Zealand.
Lauren has a passion for personal and leadership development and the positive impact our mindset can have on our successes in life and business. Lauren is also involved in a leading international Personal & Leadership Development company having fallen in love with their products and the results she has achieved by incorporating their teachings into her life.

Cameo has over a decade of experience working with small business and entrepreneurs assisting them to realise their business goals. Recently completing an Executive MBA at Bond University, Cameo is passionate about continually finding ways to offer her clients the highest level of advice. She relishes the opportunity to assist with strategy development and implementation, enjoys solving problems and providing easy to understand solutions to clients that give clarity to their business.

Cameo has strong knowledge across strategy, business ideation and commercialisation, organisational change, leadership and global business across cultures. This complements the public practice taxation experiences she has gained and she is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with clients within her advisory work. Cameo is also a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
