Since then, Gary has become an expert in the use of Spectrum Science and Beauty laser tattoo removal technology.

Remove or Fade Unwanted Tattoos

EX-treme Laser Tattoo Removal in Sydney. We removal or fading unwanted or bad tattoos. Our trained and experienced technicians use QSWITCH ND YAG laser technology, which operates in two wavelengths — 1064nm to target black and grey pigment and 532nm, which targets colour ink.

How It Works

Tattoo ink is held in the dermis layers of your skin, and the molecules of ink are too big for the body to remove, which is why they stay. The laser smashes the molecules into pieces small enough that your body’s lymphatic system can literally flush away the particles.
How Long Does it Take?

The number of sessions depends on the age of the tattoo, type of ink used, sun damage, and other factors. In most cases, the only person who will ever know that you had the tattoo is you!

Will There Be a Scar?

Depending on skin type, tattoo age, and type of ink used, there is only a 5% (or less) chance of scarring.

What About After-Care?

The treated area is dressed in a sterile fashion after the procedure is complete. Reapplication of ointment and clean dressing will be directed using a Bepanthon formula or similar antibiotic ointment.

We give complete directions for after-care and are always available for any questions. We suggest that you avoid soaking for 24 to 48 hours. Avoid hot tubs, whirlpools, ocean or pool swims, or baths. Showers are okay with care not to saturate the tattoo site.

If itching or skin irritation occurs, we recommend a hydrocortisone steroid cream for relief.
