“Very unprofessional staff, I’ve asked for a certain design and I’ve ended up with something totally different. Way too expensive and the staff talk in their own language all the time and laughing which is quiet rude, cause the costumer doesn’t know what they are talking or laughing about.”

“Absolutely disgraceful service. They appear not to speak any English and the whole time I was present constantly speaking amongst the 4 staff in the room in a foreign language. Make you wait, most arrogant people I have ever encountered. Start your nails and then leave you to start on someone else despite you having an appointment and attend to walking. I was appalled at their arrogance and have been once before and experienced the slowest nails EVER. Only went recently as I was desperate over Christmas period. I will not return and urge any others to avoid!!! RUDE and don’t deserve your money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.”
