“What a disastrous experience. I got my brows tattooed the wrong shape and the wrong colour. My requests were completely ignored during consultation. I even showed my own picture with my own brows slightly enhanced by a make-up artist to no avail. I was denied the brows and colour I wanted and paid for! They now look like a kid filled them in with a dark brown marker – thick, short & ugly with a permanent look of surprise on my face. I am devastated. It was done for the wedding. I have no idea how to fix this ugly tattoo while they keep telling me that my brows will look great once they are done again. No thank you! Interestingly enough my tattooed brow shape looks very similar to the staff which is exactly what I tried to avoid ( I did not like that look at all) & specified that exactly prior to treatment again & again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even had to file a formal complaint to try get money back as they are simply ignoring it thinking this will eventually go away. How rude! It is not OK to do a terrible job, charge money for it and pretend what a customer says does not matter & not to make any amend for 2 caterpillars they tattooed to my face!”

I have decided to follow up in a comment to my original review as I have just noticed there is a voucher deal going for a brow tattoo on LivingSocial. I would not wish it on anyone to end up with a horrid eyebrow tattoo. I am convinced I was practiced on.”
