“We have used these plumbers twice in the past. The first time, service was excellent, which is why we decided to use them a second time. However, things have changed. The plumber they sent us was required to be called back twice unnecessarily for: 1) Failing to remove a cold water pipe where a cavity door was to be installed – he had already removed the hot water and didn’t look for the cold water one just below it. 2) Failing to install connection in a laundry cupboard correctly. They were not sitting flush with the back of the cabinet and destroyed the use of the shelf within the cupboard. These extra visits were very inconvenient and when we advised them of their error with the cabinet, we specifically requested for a different plumber to fix the cabinet and they sent the same guy back. They also take no care when cutting holes in cabinets and just stick a large white sticker over any holes cut. Previous plumbers we have used have taken care with their cutting and used fittings that fit nicely in the holes. Please be wary of using this business.”
