Reviews

“I got the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life….and when I asked for them to correct the mistakes they had made….they made me feel like I was asking for too much and I was a hazel just for asking….I think they made it worst than it was originally…..stay away from this place…you think that paying $60 would get a decent pedicure but it was absolutely disgusting.”

“NO STARS! It’s disgusting that they can get away with this service, wish I had of read the reviews earlier! Service was extremely poor & unprofessional- sat down for a pedicure and the footpath was already full of water (FROM THE LADY BEFORE ME as i’d just seen her stand up from it-) and they sat me down and told me to put my feet in there and wait… and were so bitter when I asked to change the water! We were in and out within 10 minutes- feet look worse than before because the nails are so unevenly cut- and there are bumps in the shellac. Big fuss was called when I asked to fix the unevenness of the big toe and they cut over the shellac, which has made it start to peel after only a few hours. $55 and I have to go elsewhere to fix it- not okay! DO NOT GO THERE! I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business, I have never experienced such poor service in my life. Ridiculous!”

“Went in for refils and getting my square nails into points with white gel overlay, the nail tech said they could make them into points as I was unsure if they were long enough the end result was uneven they looked like I had attempted to do them myself they were not even at all nail tech was rude and rough with my hands, now another staff had put the gel on and staff’s service was disgusting! Staff was also rude and while my nails were curing staff was sitting in front of me on the phone showing the nail tech next to staff’s pictures on Facebook!!! Very unprofessional!! Staff put the top coat on and left it curing for 6minutes!! When usually it’s 2!! the gel overlay had chipped that evening when I got home!! I will never go back there again. I never right reviews and I have had a couple of bad services but this was the worst!”

“No stars! Worst service I’ve ever received. Went in for refills and had the old acrylic taken off straight away. I then had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to finish the job. The girl next to me had been waiting the same amount of time too. When I finally received some service it was rough, painful and constantly interrupted while the staff attended to every other person possible. When it came time to pay (before the colour was put on) I was advised that it would be $35 even though the price list clearly stated $30. When I queried this the staff advised me that colour was extra. After having my nails done for at least 2 years this was the first time I’ve ever come across the extra charge for painting. I’m now home an hour later and my fingers still hurt.”

“I used to be a regular customer at fantasy nails but after my shocking experience last week I will be sure to never go back. I asked for a full set of gels coated with white shellac. After waiting around half an hour I was finally served. The nail technician had no idea what this person was doing and I repeatedly had to tell nail staff what I wanted as staff began to give me French tips. The technician was unable to apply the gel properly and had to scrape it off numerous times. The gel was not applied evenly leading it to harden unevenly. This process took an hour, usually a job that would only take 20 mins. Staff then proceeded to paint my nails an off white/cream colour which was not the normal white I had asked for. This was only able to be seen after the shellac had dried. This job was $70 but the finished was product was certainly not worth that price. I went back and complained that the nails had not been filled properly and the colour was not what I had requested. To their credit a different technician, filed down the surface of the nail and repainted them for free. Other staff was very apologetic however I was still quite annoyed. From my experience gel nails usually last me around 3 weeks but after 1 week the due to the thinness of the nails they began breaking. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here and never again will I go back.”
