“Very unprofessional – rushed through the whole experience and some people were left sitting waiting for half hour. One lady cut into my cuticle which caused some bleeding, my manicure was rushed and didn’t get any kind of moisturiser. Ladies were going home and left my nails half done for someone else to finish.. 15 mins later! After painting my toes, they misplaced the colour and so now it doesn’t match
I definitely feel as though I wasted $80. Never going back to this salon again.”

“Worst nail place I have ever been to. Products are so cheap. I get shellac nails done all the time and never have mine come off the next day. I went back and got them redone and what do you know. Next day same thing happened again. Found the whole place very dirty. Staff are rude and rushed through it. Will never be coming back here again and wasting my money.”

“The ladies today were so rude to other clients and decided it would be a good idea to peel someone’s acrylics off and kept doing so after she complained of it hurting. Not only does it kill but ruins their nails as well. They asked me if I wanted the same shape and gave me the completely wrong one. This is the second time I’ve been there and both times they did not get new equipment for different clients (against the law). It’s safe to say I won’t be going back”

“Absolutely love these guys. I work in the centre and have been coming here for 10 years..was able to take my 2.5 year old daughter with me today and they painted her nails as well and weren’t fazed by her nervousness and were so patient and gentle…thank you for your wonderful work guys!!”

I don’t normally go to places to get pedicures done as the equipment they use is never clean or new, but today I had a pedicure and when the lady started she grabbed a new packet of utensils and a new razor to remove the skin off the bottom of the feet, everything was clean and new, she took her time and did an awesome job! I am so happy with with service I received today! Amazing job”
