“Went into fashionably yours for my sisters wedding dress fitting as well as my fitting for my bridesmaid dress. The staff were so helpful, especially Alex who helped us that day, she took care of everything. The staff made me feel comfortable and took a lot of stress out of the day and made it enjoyable. “Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When we first went to this place we were pretty much yelled at by the staff for leaning towards a particular dress as it was more affordable, she said “who cares about the price!! Price doesn’t matter!! We said “it actually does and so she stormed off and no longer wanted to help us. Then everytime I called up to pay my dress off I would be spoken to in the rudest manner! And put on hold for such a long period of time which I think was on purpose. Then they had told me I owed more money on the dress then I actually did so I had to send through my bank statements to prove I had paid off more then they were saying. Then no apology given or anything just extremely rude service. Once all us bridesmaids got the dresses back and some needed alterations they did not want to help at all! ..
I would have went there for my wedding bridesmaid dresses one day but there is no way any of us are going back. The experience had me shocked that staff could be that rude.My advice to anyone is to not ever go here! Especially because planning a wedding day should be lots of fun and you should feel welcomed in a place like this. Just terrible”

“I visited the store after I made an appointment the day prior. A little hard to find initially as the access is at the back of building (I was told this when I made the appointment, so all good). The store is beautiful, very elegant. Greeted by lovely staff and helpful with styles and sizes. They offer a nice variety for bridesmaid dresses. We tried three styles and the second style we tried was perfect! It was nice to see all the styles in store rather than online shopping. The team was helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend.”

“Beautifully presented shop and gowns. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found experience with other bridal shop staff to be unpleasant and pushy and fake and the use of high pressures sale tactics so exhausting. The staff here are a breath of fresh air in the bridal industry and are warm and accomodating and so helpful. I valued the honest expert advice from Alex and Carol and they both helped me to find the most beautiful dress! The dresses were kept in pristine condition and the range was very modern and stylish. There was also a massive range of fashionable bridesmaids gowns in a variety of colours and sizes and the help given to brides was also given to bridesmaids to help them find the perfect dress too. Five stars all round!”
