Nicky always asks lots of questions to make sure she understands exactly what I’m after when I go there (I tend to mix it up a lot) and will make recommendations based on my face shape and skin tone etc as to what will work. Every time I get something different done, friends compliment me on my hair and can’t believe it’s only 80 for a cut and colour (half head of foils).
