“Fiona Hickey Burns “Well that’s great for you and your staff, I’ve had many enjoyable times at your great establishment, however I would like to point out that penalty rates also affect businesses which do not get a higher turnover during those times. Often the staff don’t get to earn even their ‘normal’ rate as the business has to close on those days when they find it difficult (or impossible) to find the extra wages.”… I give one star because this business owner doesn’t support Australian penalty rates.”
