“I was blown away from the moment i walked down the hall with my therapist. The dramatic hallway that led to the change room was very effective.
I was in instant luxury as i was given a soft, fluffy robe to put on before i was invited to sit an a quiet lounge area.
The lounge had cushioned seats infront of a gas fire place and retro leather lounge chairs that looked out too a leafy tree lined river view.
The mindfulness colouring books and pencils and textas on the table next to me invited me to take my time and relax while i could sip on the hot herbal tea provided.
While listening to the water feature wall behind me i was able to get into the relaxed mood i came to inhabit. I closed my eyes and tuned out of my hectic life and into the serenity around me.
I was invited into a private room by my therapist, Rachel, and then given the best body massage ive had in years. At the end Rachel asked me how it was and all i could reply was “I love you.” – she laughed.
I was supposed to go and collect my daughter after the massage but was convinced that may not happen and told Rachel i might stay a little longer. Again she laughed. I was 99% serious…
I was led, in my own time, back to the lounge and enjoyed a pot of tea while i reclined again on the lounge and watched the wintery werribee day outside from my new sanctuary. I did have to go but time seemed to move so slowly in that oasis that i had to resist the temptation of falling asleep in front of the fire place.
You’ll be happy to know I eventually talked myself into getting up out of the chair and getting dressed to go and collect my daughter. I didnt hurry, you couldnt hurry if you tried, the mood is too etheric.

“Went to Fifth Element for the very first time, was very excited to use the gift voucher. I was told to reach 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Left my place accordingly but was stuck in the traffic and then was not able to find the parking. I called them up and advised them that I will be 2-3 minutes late. I was happy once I reached there. There were two ladies at the reception, gave them my name & one of them called up my therapist who took me to the change room. I apologised to the lady who was at reception for being late & she didn’t reply. Apologised again to my therapist and gave her the reason & she replied back & said she didn’t have any problem. After changing she took me to the private room where we had a little conversation about the service which I wanted & at the end she advised me that I won’t get the full service since I was late and that’s what she said. She gave me the massage in real hurry. She asked me in the end if I liked the service, I said it was a quick one & she replied back that it was your fault. After changing into my clothes I was heading for out the and the same lady was at the reception & was on phone so I came out of Fifth Element. So all in all I had a bad experience with them, felt like I have wasted my money. Also, I found them racist as well by their behaviour towards me. Don’t think I would ever go there again specially because of the racism.”

“I’ve never had refused to pay for a service rendered but tonight, I refused to pay an additional $45 to the spa. I had wanted to use a voucher I received towards a pedicure but they had a pedicure and facial package on offer for $125! I thought brilliant and booked in. I received an amazing facial (better than endota)but the pedicure was nothing more than a file and paint! I was pretty annoyed and expressed it and told them you can have the voucher but I won’t be paying the extra. They pointed out that I shouldn’t have booked the service and a pedi can be just that. I explained to them that their website is misleading and leaves you with an impression you will receive a proper pedi in line with the normal pedi just a shorter time frame. I also explained I made a point on the phone with Kim about needing a pedi hence why I booked in the same day. Kim did not clarify what the service was. They accepted my arguments and I walked out.”
