Here at Fit4YOU Personal Training & Massage, we believe that prevention is better than a cure!

Personal Training

Personal Training is great to help you keep motivated, help you set goals, keep you accountable for your results and learn lots.

I believe in teaching my clients all the do’s and dont’s for their specific needs. This will ensure that you as the client get the most out of each training sessions and also be able to train with confidence in your own time which will in return maximise your results no matter what your goal is.

FIT4YOU Offer:

– One-On-One PT
– Two-on-One PT
– Small group Training: Get a small group of friends or the family together share the fun and challenge each other or join an already existing small group and meet new people.
– Mothers Group: As a mum of 3 I understand that we are busy, it can be hard to get ready and get out of the house at a certain time and getting used to having a little person with you at all times.
These sessions are flexible so you can join in at any time if you are late and when you are there it is ok to sit on the side and feed the baby, change nappies etc.
All exercises are suited for all mums of any fitness level. The sessions focus on posture, correct breathing, restoring your plevic floor and core including help for those with diastasis recti (abdominal split) and teaching you exercises that you can do in your own time and they don’t take long to do.
– Animal Flow: This has come to Castle Hill and it is changing the way we move!
Bodyweight training is the best tool you can ever use for your training; you bring it with you everywhere you go, doesn’t require a lot of space, you can make it as easy or as hard as you want/can – there is always a new challenge waiting with body weight training, never stop exploring.

Animal flow aids mobility, strength, cardio everything you can possibly ask from a full body workout.

Services

– Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy

These techniques are all about working with the body and involves longer holds (3-5 minutes) of particular techniques. Our fascia (tissue all through our bodies) have memory and these techniques helps releasing the tension that gets built up over time. As each technique is held for 3-5 minutes, it allows the tissue to adapt and therefor has longterm results.

We also include scar release in these techniques if you have scars from surgery and / or injuries.

– Deep Tissue / Sports Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It removes blackages, scar tissue and adhesions left after an injury. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscles tightness, and sore shoulders.

– Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is wonderful to recieve when you are pregnant. Your body is changing and adjusting to help grow your baby which can put a lot of stress on your body and cause back pain, sciatica, joint pain and / or tiredness. Pregnancy massage can help alleviate the pains and aches as well as nourishing the baby by increasing blood flow, relaxing the mother; reducing the flow of stress hormones to the baby. Most women also find that they sleep much better after having had a massage.

I have a very comforable, special pregnancy cushion system (“bodyCushion”) which supports you and your baby while on the massage table.

Please note that pregnancy massages are 90 minutes long.

– Relaxation Massage (Swedish)

If you are feeling fatigued, exhausted, or feeling discomfort in the joints, getting a massage can help alleviate the aches and the pains. Or maybe you just need some relaxing “you time”.

– Remedial Massage

Remedial massage manipulates the soft tissues of the body. A number of specific techniques and movements are used during the treatment and is set out to relieve pain, treat muscle soreness, increase rang of movement and provide soft tissue release.
