“Never booking with hurstville flight Centre ever again, Andrea.p gave us false details and we missed our flights because she had told us that our bags were included in the whole package. I wanted to book my interstate flights whilst I was in America but she again told me that baggage would cost twice the price in America as it would here so we ended up paying for our baggage with her but then we still had to pay again for our baggage there for 2flights so that is 4 times the baggage price that we ended up paying. We got back from holidays and asked for a refund and she said it was our fault and that she didn’t say any thing of the sort. After being frustrated with the way she handled our situation, we were put onto her manager Steven who was very unprofessional and made matters worse, I could hear him and he was raising his voice to her and wouldn’t let her get a word in. I will be taking this to fair trading because I don’t like the way they both went about it and I don’t like the way he spoke to my friend. He as a manger shouldn’t been more understanding and listened to her side of the story instead of only listening to his employees, very bad customer service not to mention our holiday was a disaster because of flight Centre hurstville.”
