“I had experienced the worst customer service yesterday by a middle aged male agent at the shop around 2-3 pm yesterday. He had made a poor judgement on us potential customers and generalized us from just one glance, demanded to show him all the brochures that we were trying to get for our future reference and forcefully took away some of them out of our hand based on the assumption that we do not have money to afford it and it was targeting old people so we don’t need it. There was NO WAY he could tell from a glance that we are poor or we weren’t picking up the brochures for someone else in our family/ future references.he had never asked us why we were getting the brochures and he just assumed everything based on the way we looked in his eyes. I did not enjoy this prejudice and terrible customer service with a bad attitude. We will never even consider traveling with flight centre again.”
