“Our previous trips with Flight Centre have been good but they seem to have lost the plot with our trip to FIJI this week.
While the staff were all pleasant and courteous at all times, our trip still has some annoying blots on it.
Our trip starts this Thursday (2/6).
We received our tickets last Thursday but despite having paid for the airfares fully last September!, we found there were no seats allocated on the Virgin flights. When we went on line to look at the flight setup there were only a handful of seats left and on the return journey my wife and I cannot get seats together!.
What bullshit is this?
Along with that the Itinerary, which we were told verbally was changed, had on the paperwork we just received the old information. REALLY? Cant even update the information that we have to carry with us, despite the changes being made months ago?
Bad taste in the mouth…seems we have to follow up on our arrangements with Virgin.”
