“Worst customer service, rude sales assistant. We just came back from our trip, booked our flight and hotel thru this centre. Due to travelling with a little toddler, we requested few adjustments, and none of these specifications requested ahead of time happened. I came back from our trip and reported my issue with this centre, only being told that they are only requests but the providers (hotels, airlines) may not always able to accomodate. That is the biggest lies!! Seriously?!?! Worst of all, she talked over me while I was still talking about my issues as if she was saying enough, cannot be bothered to listen. Totally so unprofessional and rude!! I will not book through Flight Centre again, especially this centre!!! Too bad there was no negative on this rating, coz I totally would rate you that!!!”
