Especially dealing with Sunny… was an absolutely nightmare. He is terrible to deal with no respect at all. Such an awful person. I had to contact Fair Trading to sort out the mess created with them.

I wished I have read the reviews prior to dealing with them.

“The worst ever travel agent. Booked and paid three months in advance. Chased up every single day one month in the lead up to my travel with Sunny, Margaret and Manu. All bloody liers made false stories. One day before before I travel I wasn’t even sure if I will have my tickets. Got my tickets 6 hours before I travel. That too got tickets different to what I had originally booked for. Long connections which also messed up my domestic connections.
