After dealing with other major plumbers who basically left us with no water for a week, then wanted to charge us 1/2 hr for 5 mins on the property after not being able to give us a definite time or day when they would be back to fix it. Florite plumbing stated when they would be out, then called the morning of to confirm they were on their way, and that was within 24 working hours of the original phone call.
