I am able to post items to you anywhere in Australia, or you can collect them from Ballajura WA.

Postage price is based on weight of items. (note: we do not accept responsibility of your item is posted and “lost”)

Approx rates are:
under 500g – $8.50
over 500g – $12.00

Regarding payments, I accept cash upon collection or direct transfer. (Please note: If paying by direct transfer, payments must be cleared prior to posting out the goods or you may send us your payment receipt and we will post out asap for you)

Caring for your items: Some of the products you may purchase will be delicate we recommend that you hand wash them and not machine wash, if you are unsure on your item please check with us.

I am happy to exchange a product (depending on stock availability) if it is incorrect in size etc. Just contact me via e-mail.

No refunds are available unless item is damaged in which case please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

NOTE: All postage on any exchanges will not be covered by Fluttering Baby.
