DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch your order on the next business day, however during sale periods this may take up to 2 days. We offer express shipping within Australia on all orders over $50. If your order value is below $50, there will be a flat rate charge for $10 for delivery.
Note: Our delivery time line is for estimate guide only, some issues may arise due to payment authorisation, or other issues.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number, and link to track your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add online@forcast.com.au to your safe sender list.
Orders delivered will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel from your local post office.

REDIRECTION AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once your parcel has been shipped, we cannot make any amendments to the shipping address. If for any reason, you wish to change your shipping address, a charge of $10 will apply for redirection. *This may result in the delay of your order.
SAME DAY DELIVERY ($25.95)
Need your order today? Same day delivery is available for SYDNEY METRO areas – if placed between 9am – 12pm Monday – Friday.
Please allow 1-2 hrs for the order to be processed. Signature upon delivery is required. Please make sure someone is present at the nominated delivery address after you have placed your order, otherwise the parcel will be returned back to us. If delivery is going to a business address please provide the company’s details i.e. Company name, business hours, delivery instructions.
Alternatively, you can give permission for ‘Authority to Leave’ during checkout in the ‘Delivery instructions’. Forcast is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels during transit.
*Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow up to 5 hours for delivery for peak periods or for long distances within Metropolitan Sydney. In the event of road accidents, bush fires, extreme storm weather deliveries could take longer than expected and is out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We happily ship orders worldwide using DHL. All international shipping comes with tracking number and signature upon delivery to ensure that you securely receive your items in great condition.
Taxes and Duties on International Order:
As per the Australian Export Regulation, businesses are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable. In addition, it is prohibited by law to identify an order as gift for export purposes.You may need to pay customs or import duties for your order, once it reaches your destination country. Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of FORCAST as these charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. Why should I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is all about convenience. Your order gets shipped straight away, and you pay fortnightly over 8 weeks. You can use it for all orders up to $1,000 and there is NO interest or added fees!
How do I use Afterpay?
To be eligible to use Afterpay, you must complete the following criteria:

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
ONLINE RETURNS
Online Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love your new purchase!
If you do change your mind on an online purchase you are entitled to a credit note or an exchange at your local retail Forcast store.
You can also return your purchase back to our online store where a credit note will be automatically issued to your online account to use on your next purchase. Refunds are only applicable for full priced items. Items must be returned within 30 days with original receipt and in original unworn condition with swing tags attached.
Please ensure the back of the invoice is completed with your return request. (The invoice that was included in your parcel is the only valid receipt to process any return). Forcast holds the right to refuse any returns without the original invoice. Returns without the valid invoice may be delayed for up to 5-10 working days*.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are entitled to a credit note only through our online department and cannot be returned for a refund. You are able to get an exchange for this item at your local Forcast store. We do not exchange or refund hosiery and accessories due to hygiene purposes. All sales / promotions cannot be redeemed against prior purchases. Promo codes must be applied at check out and cannot be redeemed after order has been placed. Should you have any issues when applying our promo codes please email us through online@forcast.com.au as soon as possible. Sale items refer to any product that is sold at a reduced/discounted price.

REFUNDS
Refunds for all online items can be processed through our online Department.
Refunds are subject to full priced items only, not sale items. Any item purchased at a reduced price during a sale is considered a sale item (this includes promotional codes). Once we have received your returned package, your refund will be processed within 3-21 business days. We will then send a notification to the email provided on your original order. *Please note that your banking institution may require additional business days to process this transaction to your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable andisthe customer’s sole responsibility when sending the items to our Online Department. We highly recommend you use a traceable delivery method for all returns as we are not liable for any losses or damages to the product during this delivery.
*Refunds are not applicable for full priced items purchased with a credit note and/or as an exchange item.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for all online items excluding E-outlet items,can be made in Forcast store’s only. We do not offer exchanges through our online department. Please note, in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability, and you must have your original invoice (sent with parcel).
CREDIT NOTES:
You can return your purchase back to our online store where a credit note will be automatically issued to your online account to use on your next purchase. From the date of issue, the credit note has an expiry of 6 months. Shipping costs are non-refundable andisthe customer’s sole responsibility when sending the items to our Online Department. We highly recommend you use a traceable delivery method for all returns as we are not liable for any losses or damages to the product during this delivery.
E-OUTLET ONLINE POLICY:
All items that are E-Outlet are final and are unable to be returned to online or in store for an exchange, credit note or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: All credit notes issued by our Online department can be used ONLINE ONLY. All credit notes issued in-stores can be used IN-STORES ONLY.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We sincerely apologise in advance if this has occurred to your online purchases. You can choose between an exchange or a refund, where the items are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you.
Please complete the return form at the back of your original invoice, and send this together with your faulty item to our Online Department. We will pass the faulty item to the Assessment Department who will assess the faulty claim and be in contact with you shortly.
STORE RETURN POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you simple change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, we will gladly exchange or issue a Credit Note for your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: All items that are E-Outlet are final and are unable to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund.
A refund will only apply if the item:
• Has a major problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Do not do what they are intended for
Refund is issued if all the above cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
To obtain an Exchange or Credit Note, you must meet the following return policy conditions:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
2. For hygiene purposes, there is strictly no exchange on accessories (includes sunglasses, jewellery, scarves, bags)
3. No exchange on soiled, worn or damaged items
4. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with swing tag/s attached
5. The receipt must be provided as proof of purchase
6. Sale items are final. There are no exchange or credit note issued for sale items
7. No exchanges on samples and second items
8. No exchange/refund on faulty marked items – sold in known conditions
9. Items purchased at Forcast Outlet Stores can only be exchanged within Forcast Outlet Stores
10. Credit Note cannot be used on our Online Store
The above return policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY
1. Credit Note is valid for six (6) months from date of issue
2. If Credit Note is lost, it cannot be replaced or reprinted
3. Credit note cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Credit Note can be redeemed at all Forcast Stores
