Treatments:

Intuitive Massage: 1 hour – $60.00
I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, but I prefer a more personal approach for my clients.

I do this by working intuitively with area’s of the body that are most in need of stress relief and therapy, and this varies for each individual client.

Foot Massage/Reflexology: 30 Minutes – $40.00

I have given and experienced many types of different massage therapies personally, and to me, foot massage is the best way to provoke gentle healing of chronic health problems, and induce deep relaxation.

I always include this therapy as part as my normal Intuitive Massage Therapy.

Pregnancy Massage: 90 Minutes – $110.00

Pregnancy is a beautiful and also stressful time for most women. Many women experience lower back pain during the last trimester of pregancy, and swelling of legs and feet.

This massage therapy is gentle, but focuses on the reducion of tension in these area’s.

This therapy is finished off with head and shoulder massage, and then reflexology to promote a deep sense of well being and relaxation.

Head & Shoulder Massage: 30 Minutes – $40.00

For most people, the neck and shoulder area is where we store most of our tension. If you are time poor, but needing a release from neck, shoulder and upper back tension and pain, this is a great therapy.

Or any combination of the above treatments – $120.00

Sometimes it is just wonderful to indulge ourselves, and really have an amazing pamper.

A 90 minute massage, including Intuitive Massage, and head, hands and feet, may be just the treatment you need to put the bounce back into your step!
