“I had a great experience walking into the store and purchasing a product. I was lost looking for a present for my sister, thankfully found Joy who helped me out. Always very kind and cheerful, definitely lives up to her name. She helped me pick out a bag to be the perfect gift for my sister.

“Unfortunately Pitt St staff do not understand that a fault or defect in a garment includes irremovable stains! Very unprofessional and argumentative manager who refused to give a refund on stained garments they sold in store as they believe that is ‘normal wear and tear’ on the garments while they are kept in store. In addition, once I pointed out that other garments on the same rack had these stains, the manager still took the position that those garments are ‘merchantable quality’ and there is no issue in continuing to sell these garments. This attitude really reflects badly on Forever New. Luckily customer service centre showed the utmost professionalism and rectified the situation for me. I highly recommend dealing with the professional and approachable customer service centre. Pitt St Manager needs to be re-educated on policy.”
