“If I could give no stars, I would. I went in today with my 3yo. She had beautiful long curls. I asked for a trim, and the “hairdresser” indicated that she would take a couple of centimetres off the ends. My girl was excited, and a little bit fidgety, but it was too much for this hairdresser to handle. She let out an exasperated huff every time my daughter moved. She threatened to cut her hair shorter and shorter if my daughter kept moving (keep in mind she is three years old)- and then followed through on her threat. She cut about 2 and a half inches off, and asked me if I was happy. I told her it was shorter than I’d like. She still kept cutting it shorter! In the end I told her to stop where she was, we were leaving. She protested that the hair was uneven. I was furious. My daughter’s plait is half its original length. She should have told me she doesn’t work with children before she started.”

“I went to this place last weekend and explained that I needed my styled hair cut to be trimmed up, the wonderful woman there gave me a great cut and it only cost me $27 dollars! She was gentle, smiling and chatty and made my experience really nice. I’ll be going back next month for another trim.”

“My son and I both had hair cuts, neither hair dresser was any good, both cuts were uneven all over and they cannot use clippers, I had been a customer for years but threw my loyalty card back at them and advised that I would not ever go back there ever again. They are slow and are not very friendly to their customers, the no waiting is not true as there were people waiting and a few had walked away while one hair dresser complained about having to do more haircuts and decided to leave also.”

“If you are sane do not go here. They need a lesson in customer service. Worst experience ever will never return and will advice all others do not go here. Ruined my day and my daughters day as well all we needed was a hair cut but left the shop with a very bad experience.”
