“I had a really good experience as always but just tell you workers to pay more attention to the painting section”

“Recent classic manicure and classic pedicure left me completely disappointed. Rushed through with no attention to detail and with no real customer service – girl seemed more distracted by what was going on around her rather than concentrating on the client in front of her, very little interaction and given that the job was poor. Shaping of the nails very poor and painting of varnish matched that. I went home and reshaped my nails myself Second time of disappointment with this business – I should have learnt the first time. There will not be a third… Not good enough – I would not recommend.”

“Am happy with my nails but please tell your workers they need to be more gentle. Four cuts on me all together. Closer eye to detail please, I have bits under my nails still remaining on the acrylic.”
