“Being very hesitant about anyone touching my hair, I have been cutting and doing my own regrowth for years. I decided to bite the bullet and went to see Lenore for a cut. I told her my concerns and she was not only accommodating, she was very helpful with some tips and thoroughly explained ways to improve the health of my hair. I expressed my desire for some highlights and she honestly told me, my hair could not handle it (rather than take my money).
