Fred Green Plumbers

Fred Green Plumbers was started in 1967 by Fred and Wendy Green. Fred and Wendy retired in 1997 and sold the business to one of their previous apprentices and long time employee Phill Carey and his wife Lynn who are still the owners today.

Since its inception the company has been an integral part of the Perth plumbing trade. We have played a major role in the Water Corporations infill sewer program converting in excess of 10,000 properties from septic tank systems to the main sewer system.

We also established ourselves as the preferred plumber of many of Perth’s award winning high end architectural builders during the 1980’s and proudly maintain this to the current day. We have a strong commitment to the satisfaction of all our clients be it the small owner builder or a large commercial firm.

We believe strongly in training new people in the trade and have trained in excess of 20 apprentices over the years. All our tradesmen are licensed plumbing, drainage and gas tradespeople and are educated in the importance of the safety and wellbeing of themselves and our clients. We focus strongly on our clients satisfaction and completion of works on time and on Budget.

Residential Plumbing
Fred Green Plumbers specialise in plumbing installations for new homes, renovations and additions servicing owner builders through to high end architectural projects both north and south of the river. We pride ourselves on being able to work with our clients to achieve their end result on time and on budget.

Commercial Plumbing
Fred Green Plumbers are experienced in small commercial projects such as office refurbishments involving new tea prep areas, remodeling existing toilet facilities and creating new toilet facilities. Installation of new restaurant kitchens including grease trap installations.

Our clients range from the small business owners to large commercial contractors. We have carried out work on new medical centers, university rooms, bank refurbishments, tafe training rooms. We are experienced in the preparation of JSA’S and SWMS for all occupational health and safety requirements.

Drainage
Fred Green Plumbers are Perth’s “drainage installation specialists”.

We are known throughout the metro area and the trade for our work in the Sewer Conversion field however we also specialise in all facets of the drainage field including repairs to damaged pipes, replacement of old property sewer systems, septic tank installations, Grey and Black water systems, new sewer junction cut ins, property sewer drain installation and alterations for strata title sub divisions, Storm water installations and harvesting systems.
