“This guy has been around for 20 years? How the hell did that happen? I took my 5 yr old son in for a haircut as he was open late on a Thursday night. Walked into the shop and there was no one in there. 2 mins later he appears and tells me that the cut will be $25 for my son’s cut (even though the sign says $15 for kids). I proceed to tell him how I want it cut and he then rudely replies “I know what he needs, take a seat”. I sit down and watch him hack away at my son’s head which turns into the worst cut I have ever seen in my life. At that point, the haircut is over and my partner reluctantly hands over $15. We are stunned. I took my son to another Hairdresser in the complex straight after and they couldn’t believe how bad it was (but weren’t surprised either!). I was so angry and went back to complain and ask for my money back, but was rudely told no and that he never had a complaint in 22 years. Who comes into his shop?”
