I have been to this salon many times and have always had a reasonable experience. However, today I went for an eyelash tint, and the girl who did it almost gouged my eyes out. She was exteremely rough. At one point she asked me to open my eyes and then tried to wipe a tissue across my eyeball. When I complained she put a tissue in my hand and left the room. I had to wipe all the excess off myself, and luckily I had some eyedrops with me, which I had to use copiously to get the stinging out of my eyes. The girl did not come back until she thought that I had dealt with the problem, and then she jsut said ‘are you OK’. She did not offer any water, or a further rinse, or anything. She also spoke almost no English. I had tried to also get an eyebrow tint but I could not get her to understand what I wanted. I am sorry that I paid for this service. In retrospect I should have refused to pay and asked to see the manager. I doubt that I will go back.
