1. Their price list had full body wax – checked with staff and again with therapist – no problem. The full body wax turned out to only be back and legs. Asked and a different person came in – said they don’t do full body wax. I pointed out that it is on the price list and said it is not. So be very careful – some strange business practices here.
2. The Fresh Beauty Salon did not want to honour a gift voucher our friends had given us for our wedding gift which we had lost. When we found it the $200 voucher had expired by 4 months but they refused to honour it or even give us a $100 voucher to use. Would not recommend this place on the basis that they do not honour their gift vouchers even though they are delayed by a few months.
