“I absolutely love Garden City & have always enjoyed my shopping outings there. So, I’m giving 5 stars for the centre, but zero stars for Angus & Cootes Jewellers. I left there today very disappointed & would like to shout out, Buyer Beware! Choose wisely when making a purchase from Angus & Cootes Jewellers because they do not offer refunds. Carol the manager decided not to exercise her common sense & decency today & refused to issue me with a refund. Instead, Carol the manager let me leave the store disgruntled with no other choice but to submit a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading. To all consumers, it is against the law for retailers to refuse refunds & we have rights that protect us from retail rogues like Angus & Cootes. Collectively we need to enforce these rights & stop them from taking advantage of consumers.”

“Nice shopping centre but why is it always so hot inside? It makes it almost unbearable to shops times. Was there the other day and it was much nicer outside so I couldn’t wait to leave.

Centre Management needs to drop the temp few degrees, especially in summer and when the centre is packed with people!”

“BUT….Was in the fitting rooms in Myer Garden City and was absolutely disgusted at the way customers left them. Clothing thrown on the floor. Shop assistants are there to assist not pick up after lazy women/girls who have no regard or respect for things. Grrrr�”

“GC is always a great outing for us.
We barely have the need to go elsewhere as it has some of everything and then some.
The food court has plenty of options, it’s easy to navigate the centre and it’s always kept clean and neat.
Parking is adequate, we always find a spot but like most centres it depends on the season as to how busy it is.”

“Sick of being HARRASSED by the seacret range sales people, no other store needs to stop me in the mall to sell me their product. Shame on you for using pushy tactics to sell second rate hand creams to people too polite to ignore you.
Seriously GC I actively avoid the area of the shops where they are.”
