“Worst pedicure ever! Worst customer service ever! Worst hygiene ever! I asked for a pedicure and shellac only to be told halfway through removing my old shellac that they didn’t have time to put on new shellac… if they had told me before they started I wouldn’t have started the pedicure and gladly come back another time. Even the pedicure was just poor quality and minimal effort, using disgusting instruments. I still had shellac left on my nails when she had finished!!!!! They did not have the courtesy to apologise for the inconvenience or even offer some kind of compensation at the end!!!
They should be run out of business for using such money hungry tactics while offering the lowest dirtiest service ever. Just disgusting.”

“I had foot spa, manicure and pedicure with my daughter. First and the last time we will come here. If you don’t have any choice, do not go on a Sunday arvo and avoid the guy who does the nails at all cost. He did my pedicure and it was the worst pedi I have ever had. I had to tell him what to do and how to do it. He was going to do my manicure as well but I decided to do acrylic just to get away from him. It seems the best person to do the acrylic is this chatty lady with the short hair and eye glasses. The problem with her is that she seems to be managing the floor as well as doing her work so needless to say, she gets distracted a lot. They are also more in it for the money instead of giving the best customer service. Case in point, the salon is already full but they still keep taking in more customers. One worker who was doing my nails would get up to do another lady’s nails at the same time. The staff were running around like headless chickens and making a lot of mistakes in the process. ”

“Did not enjoy the experience of getting a pedicure here. Uncomfortable chair. Dirty uniforms and shop. Inexperienced technician. My ten year old daughter would have done a better job. Wasted my time and money!!”

“They get you in as quickly as possible even though it’s often busy. Great, professional service and friendly ladies. Get a shellac manicure and it will last two full weeks.”
