“fter having a great first experience with a shellac manicure, I was told they would remove the polish for free. I returned 10 days later with chipped nails to have the remaining polish removed (which took 5 minutes). Before I left I was rudely told to pay $10 for the service. I politely tried to explain I was told it was free service when I had my manicure. They didn’t seem to care and rudely told me it’s the same everyone (I’ve never paid elsewhere before). I told them if I was forced to pay I would never return and they would lose my business forever. They couldnt have cared less! Will never return, plenty of other places that want my money and return business.”

“After spending $50 on acrylic nails I walked away with a dodgy paint job, shabby unfiled edges and little Stubbs. Not to be a Debbie downer but I will not be returning. P.s. The staff were rude”

“Worst salon experience!! Staff cut my hand because he wasn’t paying attention then continued to keep doing my manicure whilst I was still bleeding! Tried to touch my bleeding hand with his bare hands and put numbing cream on it without my consent. Unhygienic and unprofessional. Wil never return again!”

“So bad. Got my eyebrows and eyelashes done. They rubbed the eyelash stuff in my eyes and i had to go to hospital and then my eyebrows fell off. I should sue. Never go here”
