Rude, Rude, Rude!!! Just went in to enquire about getting waxing down and maybe if they could fit me in for a style cut and colour.
Hair dresser doing some hair, old blond thing doing her hair with hot iron, she called out if I was ok, said just want to make an enquiry she came over then to the counter and tole me appointment only and she was only the beauty therapist. Said great I need some waxing…she states Well could you go away and come back in 5mins as you can see I am doing my hair and we do not open until 9am. Shop open with a customer already!!!!!
Very sad that that staff member can be so rude….hope she gets her hair done and I will tell all locals to stay away.”
