“I would not recommend Fur. I chose it because it was close to home and made my booking for early Saturday morning as I had an event to be at. To start with, the staff and clients were left waiting out in the rain for 20 minutes before the management arrived to open the door. The woman who coloured my hair left the toner in too long and then put another product on my hair to correct the mistake. The result? Broken, snapped hair all around my part line and yellowish hair. Horrible. There was no apology or offer for a discount either and an appointment that usually takes 2 hours anywhere else took close to 4.5hrs. The worst hair experience I’ve ever had.”
