Since our creation in 1989, G-Star’s philosophy has always been, ‘Just the Product.’ This single-minded approach has led to many denim ‘firsts’: the introduction of ‘luxury denim for the streets,’ by fusing high-level craftsmanship with street level edge to create a new denim sector; the positioning of raw, untreated denim as a wearable and desirable material; and the evolution of our distinctive denim silhouette, through the adoption of architectural and 3-D thinking into denim construction.
We have also promoted the inherent beauty of denim by creating washes and treatments that bring out its unique characteristics and qualities. Today’s sophisticated washings palette represents a full life-story, from raw, unwashed denim through deep indigo dyed to extreme bleached, with treatments adding multiple gradations of wear to create distinctive, textured garments with soul.
Jeans & Clothing
Nick and Candice Hirons launched Denim Enterprises in 1996 with the opening of D.inc in Little Collins St Melbourne, followed by a second store in Greville Street Prahran in 2001. D.inc was a multi brand, denim specialist boutique. D.inc was born out of a love for denim; jeans are a beautiful product that we develop emotional attachments to. They wear and take on our characteristics, becoming a part of us. Helping people find their favorite jeans became our passion. G-Star was one of the first brands on our shelves in ’96 and also the year G-Star launched the Elwood. This was the beginning of a three-dimensional jean silhouette, shaped to fit the human form, and still one of the icons of the brand. True denim innovation. Our first G-Star mono brand store was opened in 2003 in Melbourne Central, one of the first in the world. Our goal is to be recognised as the denim fit specialists through fit, range and story telling. Honesty, Respect, Pride and passion are our DNA. Payment
At the bottom of each page, you’ll find the different payment methods.
Yes. You’ll receive confirmation of your order by email. The invoice, and a Returns form, will be included with the items that we send to you.
There may be a maximum amount, depending on the payment method you choose. If you use PayPal, the maximum amount is €10,000. If you use iDeal or creditcard to pay for your order, there is no limit to your order amount. The payment limit for Afterpay depends on your payment history with Afterpay. G-Star has no control over the limit that they set for you.
If you want to pay using a credit card, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, name, expiry date, CVC code and possibly a 3D secured password during Step 3 of the payment process. The amount will be debited from your credit card supplier instantly. Payments to G-Star are processed by an external certified company, guaranteeing your privacy.
Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it’s being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders. This promotion lasts until Sunday 11th of June 2017.
What is the delivery time?The delivery time is 1-2 working days. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE.
Can I choose a delivery address abroad?No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.
Where can I receive my order?Your order can be delivered to an Access Point / Kiala Point where you can collect it.

Ordering
If you would like to buy one of our products just click on ‘Place in shopping cart’. To finalize your order, click on the shopping cart which you’ll find at the top right of your screen. You’ll then be taken to the payment process page where you can fill in your delivery and billing address and choose your method of payment.
When you’ve placed and paid for your order, it’s prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is ‘completed’, you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don’t want using the return procedure.
We’ll send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. If you think that money been taken from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.
You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been put together, the status will change to ‘completed’. You’ll then receive a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can track your package by filling in your code on www.ups.com. In many countries, UPS allows you to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt. You can check if this is possible for your region on the UPS website.
That depends on the shipping status. Please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
You can return an article up to 14 days after receiving it.
The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours.
Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging. Fill in the
attached Return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.
Make sure that your package is sent back using UPS. In your package, you’ll find a Return label for UPS. Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, G-Star cannot be held liable.
The amount will be reimbursed to your bank or credit card account within 2-3 weeks of your package being picked up by UPS.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any articles. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as
soon as our Distribution Centre has received them. If you wish to exchange any articles, please place a new order.
