“Good work done. Damien quoted one rate then charged a higher rate but my fault for not getting it in writing though. Job took longer than quoted and they added an extra bloke on the tools. Plumber whinged the entire time but it was a Reno so expectation was that there would be some difficulties. I’m happy with the task achieved but it’s not worth the trouble to get them back next time.”
