“I had a very negative experience at this Hair dresser. The owner Ester pretended that she did not understand me, when I was trying to redeem a voucher my friend had gifted me. My friend had given me a voucher for a style cut and half head foils package. After convincing her it was a valid voucher 9had to get my friend to ring her while I was there) all I managed to get out of it was the hair cut. She refused to proceed with the foils saying it was too late (which is fine, but would have been better if this was communicated in advance). I asked her for another date for the foils as my friend had paid for it, however Esther was very hesitant to give a date & time & also said “why do you want foils for your face?” and looking and smirking at the other assistant when saying this. I then told her, if you are refusing to do foils on my hair that’s fine, but I need you to refund the money my friend has spent on this voucher, which it looks like wont be done.
For those who are wondering – my hair is of the darker shade and so is my skin tone, but I am pretty sure – that we can still have foils done, as I have in the past. I would never go back to this place again and would not recommend it to any one else. Overall a very poor experience.”

“This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hairdresser. I bought a half a head of foils deal which stated that you could “opt” for lighter foils. Well i opted for darker foils which i was told was fine however when it came to me leaving, i was asked to pay $60. I questioned the young lady about the extra charge, she ran out the back to talk to (I’m guessing her mum) and then came back and said $40. I questioned her again and was told that it was for the 2 different coloured foils. When i told her that the deal included foils she said it was only for blonde foils. She claimed that she’d told me about the extra charge before starting. What a load of crock and you know it. How does “yes that’s fine” equate to “yes but that will cost you extra money”. There was next to no communication unless you came from an Asian background. Coffee was offered but they had no milk. I have paid less for deals that have included hair treatment, eye brow wax and hair straightening and that’s without being charged extra. Shame on you guys. You certainly won’t see me again… EVER!!!”
