Drain Unblocking & Repair

Blocked drains can cause stress and be a challenge to fix.
– At Gem Drainage we have over 10 years of drainage expertise & the most advanced equipment on the market. We can diagnose, clean and repair your drains efficiently and on budget.
– Our pricing is for the usage of a fully equipped drainage vehicle with no hidden costs. We do notcharge extra for the use of camera & drain cleaning equipment.
– We do not charge for travel time

Relining Damaged Pipes
– Gem Drainage has been relining & repairing damaged drains for volume home builders and private clients and we pride ourselves on the quality of workmanship and our fair price
– We can inspect your pipes (with a CCTV camera) and diagnose the damage, and then work to reline any brakes or necessary repairs we find
– Following the reline or repair of the pipes we can then administrate a flood test to ensure the problem is rectified and provide you with a report

We can offer a competitive price for a reline with prices starting from $1500+GST

– CCTV Drainage Investigation Report
– Gem Drainage uses the latest technology which allow us to be able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and then take informed steps to fix it.
– CCTV Drain Inspection allows us to capture in real time camera footage of what the inside of your pipe looks like and what the damage or blockage is that is causing the problem – it all is projected in color on the screen.
– After the inspection we can than provide you with a report of findings via our App system that allows us to email it directly to you.
– We then can quote you the repair works and once your ready – go ahead and repair the damage.

$95 + GST per 60 Minutes thereafter

Digging Up & Repair
– Gem Drainage can where necessary or preferable, dig up and repair any broken or damaged pipe
– Our team has extensive training in many different methods of repairs including; mining under concrete slabs, cutting in access pits in concrete and concrete cutting repair and rectification works.
-We have excavators and shoring equipment to access drains at any depth

High Pressure Jet Cleaning (Jetting)
– Gem Drainage can provide high pressure jet cleaning to your drainage lines
– High pressure jetting can remove mud and debris which otherwise may limit the efficiency of your drainage system flow
-High pressure jetting can also be used with unblocking and clearing of tree roots and other obstructions.
– All jet cleaning will be supplied with a before and after report to our clients on request.

Air & Water Drain Testing (Flood Testing)
– Gem Drainage can Air or Water test any drainage line to ensure the integrity of your drains.
– An Air or Water test can pick up any faults that are otherwise might be undetectable by CCTV Inspection.
– Once the area is detected or a fault is found, Gem Drainage can reccommend and quote a solution to remedy the problem found.
