“How can you possibly burn hair whilst curling? Terrrible..burnt my hair could smell it burning and see it all fall on me, yet denying it saying it’s from the curler! I now have a chunk of short hair on one side! Secondly service is terrible a thousand people touch your hair before its finally done. Also my aunt walks im for a simple up do with smooth hair, walks out like she’s been attacked. Very disappointed not recommended at all!”
