Known for her unique ability to meld ethereal beauty with up to the minute trends, Shellah McNaught has styled hair for two decades for a long and revered list of celebrity clientele.
Working at some of Brisbane’s best salons, Shellah quickly found herself on fashion runway tours and movie sets, styling hair behind the scenes.

Dividing her time between Brisbane and Sydney, Shellah works in beauty, print, film, runway, weddings and advertising where her hair artistry has won industry awards.

With her unique ability to thrive under pressure, Shellah began working fashion week in Sydney and Melbourne, quickly grasping what it means to be a high fashion stylist.

Working for L’Oreal Next Gen, Redken and Schwarzkopf, Shellah travelled the globe gaining inspiration for her own salon.

Her passion for hair means she will make sure all of her clients feel special, unique and confident.

Striving to bring out the best in all of her clients, she creates an effortless and fresh style with the belief that one haircut doesn’t fit all. She utilizes face shape and personal style to create a tailored and current look.

“After going to multiple salons with no luck, I turned to Shellah and was not disappointed. In the past I dyed my hair dark brown/black for well over a year and a half, and as a result I was left with multiple layers of colour build up and stubborn hard to remove colour in the lengths of my hair. Having naturally light brown hair I wanted a colour and look that wouldn’t require regular maintenance or constant regrowth touch ups. Despite 3 failed attempts to remove all the residual dye from my hair and hairdressing mistakes made by other hair dressers attempting to do the same (to make it even more complicated ), straight away Shellah had a clear vision of what needed to be done, where other hairdressers had struggled, in order to work towards my desired colour. The whole experience was very much enjoyable, not only did Shellah transform my hair, she went over and above to make myself feel at home and well taken care of.
