“The owner of Gianni’s is a sly rip off arse hole that isn’t a hairdresser and doesn’t give a shit about unsatisfied customer’s complaints. I paid for a FULL head of extensions and only got 63 strands!!! When I complained to the owner her told me “that’s a full head, just get used to it”. Also while getting my hair done he was ridiculing and snickering behind the back of another staff member with the hairdresser that was doing my hair at the time. Do not waste your money here. All his ex staff hate him!”
