“ABYSMAL. All of the following – incompetent, terrible customer service, overpriced. Never risk getting your hair done here. Could not complete the simplest of cuts, charged far more than her quoted price, and the result was exactly what I had specifically requested that I didn’t want. Not a difficult request either – just a simple cut. To top it all off I spent the entire time listening to the hairdresser complain about her life. I have never written one of these before as I don’t usually care enough, but this was ridiculous. Please do yourself a favour and never get your hair done here. “
