“Glamous salon are lucky they are cheap and good at what they do.. The service is nothing short of disgusting. The main lady is extremely rude and I have had to wait until she is done on her mobile phone to serve me, she has never smiled or been polite. There machine was down and I was due for a free eye brow wax, she gave me a receipt stating so (that I lost being 3 weeks later) but did not honour it because I had lost it even though she remembered doing so. She was screaming in another language to the lady serving me saying “RECIPT RECIPT RECIPT” but would not speak to me directly, As I said lucky they are noticeably cheaper then most places as the service is terrible EVERY SINGLE TIME. I hope management reads this as a little smile goes along way!”
