“I have been getting my nails done at glamour nails for over 5 years now, and the level of service that Lisa and her team have provided me has been second to none. They always have time to fit me in for a simple manicure or a full set of acrylics. As a hospitality worker my hands go through a beating. Lisa has always guided me as to treat injuries or best way to fix my nails. Lisa has trained her team to the highest level and my nails don’t lift. I have tried many places all over the world and these girls just get it right!”

“Had absolutely awful experience with the service at this nail salon. Staff were unattantive, provided a poor customer service and showed an absolute lack of time management. To my complaint the manager on duty did not apologise after making my mother wait on a massage chair for half an hour , whilst staff were prioritising other clients and walk ins. When I have pointed this out to staff the response was insufficient , no apology followed. I had no problem with quality of the pedicure, although moving me around to few stations before completing their job was highly inconvenient. However the disrespectful attitude and carelessness played its biggest part in forming the first and forever last impression of this business. Disappointed.”

“I always come to this establishment by default to get my nails done; especially during the summer. Great prices and fast, friendly staff and service. In an hours time my nails are fully dried off; even if I am allowed to stay in my chair (during non-peak times) to dry them off and continue to receive a massage at the same time. The spa pedicures are just fantastic. They do a full run over, and always remove dead skin pieces around the foot; like a real foot massage, and their massage chairs are also something. Fairly great, you don’t need to make an appointment in nearly all cases; you can just go with the flow and turn up. Plenty of magazines to enjoy while your getting your pedicures only. Usually a manicure and a pedicure together are $40 a pop; it is so worth it. My hands and feet in particular; let alone my whole body just feels fantastic; and they only use OPI nail products too. Definitely an establishment that is worth coming back to. They always know precisely when your nails are dry to prevent any smudging like I have experienced at other nail salons in Sydney.”
