“The service was amazing with extremely friendly staff and great head massage. Although I received a wash and blow dry and my hair was shampooed twice but not conditioned after. This made it difficult for them to bush through before blow-drying, uncomfortable for myself as my hair was being pulled trying to untangle and my hair was frizzy when I left and felt dry only a few hours later. Again, absolutely loved the staff, all so polite and friendly but couldn’t give more stars due to the way my hair felt afterwards. Usually after a shampoo, condition and blow-dry my hair is lightweight, smooth and silky for 3 days. Conditioner is a must!!”
