Operating out of a newly updated 1940’s cottage, Glenbrook Physiotherapy combines the comfort of the mountains whilst providing up to date physiotherapy services.

Jemma Lekkas (B ExSc, M Phty, MAPA)
Owner and Principal Physiotherapist Jemma Lekkas is a Blue Mountains local who was raised in Springwood.
Jemma has been working as a Physiotherapist since 2009 after graduating from The University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy. In that time she has gained experience in a wide range of physiotherapy services including hospital, sports and private practice.
In 2012 she made the move full-time to private practice and has never looked back. She is now specialising in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and well-being goals.

This unique approach to dry needling uses the principles of relieving neural tension and irritation to restore joint function and ROM leading to reduced pain and the opportunity to improve underlying biomechanical issues which can cause the pain and dysfunction you may be experiencing
