MASSAGE SELECTION:

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage Therapy combines the benefits of hydrotherapy and thermotherapy (the use of heat application) with the strokes of massage using stones to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. The heat of the massage stones warms the skin, which allows for the absorption of moisturising and therapeutic oils, while simultaneously preparing musculature of the body so the massage therapist can work into the deeper muscle layers.

Hot Stone Lomi Lomi
It is a combination of a hot stone massage using the free flowing Hawaiian technique, with medium pressured strokes utilsing both hands and the heated stones. It is medium to fast pace and is relaxing but invigorating at the same time. Lomi Lomi is traditionally done without underpants on, therefore this treatment is available to females only, alternatively males must leave underpants on.

Pregnancy
Regular massage treatments during pregnancy has many health benefits, such as promoting relaxation and relieving back and leg pain. It can boost your energy, improve your sleep, increase circulation, and most importantly instill a feeling of well-being to both mother and unborn child.

Relaxation
Give your body a chance to release the tension and stress it loves to hold onto. This heavenly gentle massage uses long flowing strokes, relaxing and soothing the body and mind. Usually with an essential oil to suit.

Remedial
Let’s work the body – massaging tired and tense muscles, utilising firmer but rhythmic strokes, giving those accumulated toxins a chance to release. Enhance circulation and blood flow while improving muscle tone. NOTE: Health Fund Rebates Apply for Remedial Massage.

Sports
An area of chronic tension can impair performance and even lead to injury. Assisted stretching, kneading, and other massage techniques can loosen areas of chronic pain and tension, improving circulation and speeding up the removal of waste products and bring oxygen and nutrients to your muscles helping them to rejuvenate and repair.

PAMPER SELECTION:

At Glispa we use Nutrimetics Classic Care on your face, which is suitable for all ages; Nutri-Spa for the hands and Soul Renewal on your feet.

Facials (Mini) ½ hr
Starting off with a cleanse, followed by a soothing massage of your face and scalp. A nice warm towel is applied, toner, ending with a moisturiser suited to your skin.

Facials (Full) 1 hr
A full facial incorporates the techniques used in the Mini Facial and also includes a Honey & Almond Scrub and Hydrating Masque. Nutrimetics Nutri-Rich Oil is used for a more intensive massage.

Hand Rejuvenate ½ hr
First we soak your hands in a bowl of warm water, followed by a rejuvenating hand scrub, a massage using Nutrimetics famous Nutri-Rich Oil. A warm towel is applied and finished off with an intensive hand balm.

Foot Renewal ½ hr
Start off with a nice warm foot soak, followed by a Foaming Foot Scrub using Netrimetics Soul Renewal, a soothing massage of your feet, finishing off with a Cooling Foot Crème of Lemon, Thyme & Mandarin.

PACKAGES:

Indulge with Face – 1½ hours
Start off with a tranquil full body massage applying a choice of a fine essential oil blend and finish off with a soothing and refreshing mini facial.

Indulge with Feet – 1½hours
Startin with a warm lavender or peppermint foot bath, foot massage to relieve those tired feet, followed by a tranquil full body massage, applying a choice of a fine essential oil blend.

All Out – 2 hours
Soak those feet in a warm foot bath followed with the foot massage, then onto the massage table for your full body massage and top it off with a full facial, replenishing and rejuvenating your face. You will float away with this one, just blissful.
