“I saw Rachel. Fantastic job on my infills. Gentle and beautiful job. Pedicure was good, I have a damaged big toenail and prefer a rather aggressive approach to the cutting/shaping of my toes nails as they can become ingrown , she was thorough but not as “Full on ” as my last pedicurist. That said my previous pedicurists was bordering on being like a podiatrist. Very good communicator and good customer service.”

“Terrible service – & appalling quality of nail treatments. My shellac manicure was peeling off with 3 days. Should last 2 weeks at least. They made me sit & wait for 40 mins when I went to have them fixed & then told me I wd have to continue waiting. So I left. I wasted $85 there – save your money & go somewhere where you get quality for your money. The lady was very rude – as though it was my fault. No customer service there!!”

“Absolutely horrendous customer service. I had to complain about my nails being done poorly – thumbs were significantly shorter than the rest and my right pointy fingernails were completely uneven. I was treated horribly when I came in to get them repaired, they were rude, and obviously talking about me in other language. I was told by the management that I was responsible for telling the staffs that the nails were done crookedly when I had them done umm.. if the “nail technicians” can’t tell what looks even themselves then I seriously question their qualifications in the trade let alone their common sense!! Never going here again.”
